We are currently seeking a part-time/full-time Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist with experience in Event Management to join our fast growing organization. This role is responsible for developing partnership strategies, acquiring high-level cash partners and managing events.


In this role, you will be developing partnership strategies, acquiring high-level cash partners, managing events and steer recruiting processes at Global level working closely with the Board of Directors. Moreover, you will be involved in employer branding activities supporting the localization and execution in the Countries and as well in the development of a Global strategy for media.


  1. Developing the recruiting strategy, process and ATS & CRM system.

  2. Steering Global recruiting process and activities, work with Global and local HR teams and hiring managers of partner companies to assist with recruiting efforts.

  3. Building and continuously managing talent pools and social engagement.

  4. Further consulting partner companies with Employer Branding and continuous brand management, supporting countries with campaign execution

  5. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to HR and hiring managers of partners with data analytics and insights, continuous process optimization, monitoring of KPIs & SLAs.

  6. Attain targets for Bulgaria and beyond acquiring new partners.

  7. Strategic planning, development and management of key partners for both Coding Girls and client events

  8. Strategize and collaborate with Directors to align sponsorship opportunities with the program strategy and goals.

  9. Develop creative ways to partner with companies in order to maximize their involvement and financial support of Coding Girls events.

  10. Oversee development and effective use of partner communications/sales tools (PDFs) for each program & event (Sponsor Overview, etc.)

  11. Oversee success metrics, tracking and reporting of sponsor and partner acquisition efforts, including Project Report, Partnership Master Plan Reporting and multi-team communication.

  12. Strategically identify key high-level targets; responsible for directly confirming sponsorships to drive revenue support

  13. Manage all pre-event and onsite partnership relations and communications, ensuring excellent support and overall experience

  14. Revise all and create new partnership management master templates as necessary; execute and manage the adoption

  15. Actively use company systems to manage projects, i.e. Hubspot, Trello, Google Docs, Slack and time tracker.

  16. Develop marketing plans and organise events.

  17. Handle C-Level executive relationships.

  18. Determine companies to be partnered with.

  19. Strategize around partner management and build sales through partners.

  20. Manage the existing partnerships and cultivate Coding Girls community growth.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Proven ability to lead and project manage large and simultaneous projects, defining and implementing goals while maintaining scope, budget and schedule.

  • Strong client relationship management, sales and customer service skills, with the ability to inform and persuade people.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and sales skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners, clients and team.

  • Ability to initiate and negotiate high-value contracts to help meet event and company revenue goals.

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented ensuring quality and consistent output.

  • Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action, exercising solid independent judgment.

  • Self-organised with an ability to work independently with strong initiative and proactive involvement.

  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in cloud software applications (CRM systems: HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Google Apps: Drive, Docs, etc.)

  • Experience in Social Media Management and Event Marketing.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • University degree in HR, Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of business development or direct revenue generation experience. *Ideal experience working with IT recruiting, events and/or programs where sponsorships were sold and managed.

  • Good leadership skills with project and/or team management.

  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry, trends, and strategies.
