This session will dive into how AI is reshaping leadership, workforce transformation, and career positioning. Attendees will explore how AI-augmented leadership can:

Doina will share practical perspectives from her journey as Founder and CEO of InnoTrue, as well as from her senior technology leadership roles, including CTO at Capgemini and CIO at Barclays. Drawing on her experience leading large-scale teams, coaching executives, and working at the intersection of AI, workforce capability, and human leadership, she will explore why the future of work depends not only on access to AI tools, but on the quality of thinking leaders bring to them.
The session will offer concrete insights into how leaders can design blended workforces, strengthen organizational capability, and approach AI transformation with clarity, intention, and responsibility. Doina will also share the philosophy behind “Earned My Seat” — the belief that authentic authority is built, not granted, and that visibility, voice, and positioning in the AI era require a learnable and deliberate strategy.
